Do you offer longer terms of hire?
The standard hire period if 4 days but is you are needing a longer hire please get in touch with the team at info@theformalgallery.com.
do you over try-ons?
We offer personalised try-ons in our Gold Coast boutique. You can book here
Whats your dress and size range?
We offer a cherry picked range of the best designers from all over the world from sizes 4-14.
Do you offer alterations?
We can sometimes offer alterations on particular dresses although it fully depends on the dress. Please get in touch if you are unsure or have any questions.
for school formals, do you take a registry?
We do not keep a registry of schools. We find that most schools have their year Facebook or Instagram pages where the girls post their dresses and have their page/school rules.
How far in advance should i book my dress?
We can take bookings up to 1 year in advance and reccomend coming in sooner rather than later. The more in advance you book your dress, the bigger the range you will have to choose from. First in best dresses... LITERALLY!
What are your terms and conditions?

PAYMENTS
what is the bond for?
We care what you wear, this is a small refundable amount to protect any minor issues. Please report to us right away in the event there is an issue. We care about every design hire.
how does the deposit work?
Deposit is only in-store, the amount is the same as your bond amount for hire. This secures your look for your date. Full payment is due 7 days before your pick up.
do you offer afterpay?
We sure do, this option is available exclusive to hire amont of the item. (Bonds cannot be paid by Afterpay)
what payment options do you offer?
We offer all major payment methods, including Afterpay. We have the option of cash in store.
